Bartholomew Hessian’s description of his tenement was that of a caretaker of house, office (out-house)with land of 1 acres 2 roods and 3 perches and the monetary value was 15 shillings.  The building value was also 15 shillings. This gave a total to Bartholomew’s tenement value of £1 10 shillings. There was also additional land tenanted by a Bartholomew Hession in Cregboy at other locations. One field area was 1 acre, 3 roods and 4 perches shared with neighbours Michael Casserly, Jr., Martin Tully and Michael Morris. The value of his part of the land was 4 shillings. The other field was 11 acres and 30 perches with a value of £6 10 shillings.
